2. Take Home Coding Challenge*
(only applicable for software development related positions)
Work on a larger coding challenge to see your skills in the context of a realistic task
3. First call
Getting to know your role and checking the role-specific fit
4. Second call
Getting to know your values and principles and checking your personal fit
5. Decision
If we decide in favor of each other, we will discuss our offer and the further procedure with you by telephone

*Take home challenge could be also relevant for other positions
