Whistleblowingsystem

Complying with statutory regulations and internal rules has top priority at Audi Business Innovation GmbH. The success of our company is based on Integrity and Compliance. To meet this standard, it is important to learn of potential employee misconduct and to put a stop to it. Therefore, we entrusted the Audi Investigation Office to operate an independent, impartial and confidential Whistleblower System on our behalf. The qualified and experienced colleagues at the Investigation Office examine every report thoroughly and follow it up systematically.

A key pillar of our Whistleblower System is the principle of procedural fairness. It also guarantees the greatest possible protection for whistleblowers, persons implicated and employees contributing to the investigation of reported misconduct. This also includes offering opportunities for anonymous reporting and communication. We assure not to perform any steps in order to identify anonymous whistleblowers, who do not misuse our Whistleblower System. Retaliation of whistleblowers and all persons who contribute to investigations at Audi Business Innovation GmbH will not be tolerated. Persons implicated are presumed innocent until the violation is proven. Investigations will be conducted with the utmost confidentiality. The information will be processed in a fair, fast and protected process.

Our Code of Conduct

To give ABInauts some orientation, Audi Business Innovation and the entire Volkswagen Group have defined a binding Code of Conduct. It defines the code of conduct that applies for our everyday work, independently of any hierarchy. This is supported by mandatory training sessions to create and promote a uniform awareness and value system throughout the company.

We also have guiding principles that apply for our business partners in the Volkswagen Group. The Code of Conduct for business partners summarizes the expectations that we place on our partners. Like the Code of Conduct for our ABInauts, it includes respecting human rights, complying with occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and anti-corruption. We thereby set high standards not only internally, but also endeavor to uphold our values and principles along the entire value chain as well.
